If CPACharge is prompting you for a validation code but you are not receiving it, follow the below troubleshooting tips based on how you receive your validation codes.
Email Validation Codes
If you have not received your validation code and you are set up to receive email codes, first check your spam/ junk folder to ensure the email has not been erroneously delivered there. Next, save email@example.com to your email address list to help with delivery.
Text Message Validation Codes
If you are not receiving your validation codes via text message, it is possible our third-party text message service is temporarily down. You can check this at anytime here.
