You can retrieve your monthly statements directly in CPACharge. Monthly statement summary reports are generally made available before the 5th of every month for the month prior. These statements are accessible by owners and admins.
To access your monthly summary, click your name in the top right corner of CPACharge. From here, click Statements. To view a specific statement, click Billing Statement to download a copy of the PDF. This statement will include any applicable fees associated with eCheck or card transactions, Pay Later (ClientCredit) transactions, as well as any chargeback, eCheck failure, or program fees.
If you had statements on our legacy billing system, these can still be accessed by navigating to Reports and then Monthly Summary.
