To protect your account, we restrict access to the CPACharge portal to the US, Canada, and Australia. If you need to access your CPACharge account while traveling outside of these countries, a VPN service will be necessary.
While we do not recommend any specific service, you should look for a provider with a solid reputation and high reviews. You will also need to define what your needs are, so you can select a provider that meets them. Here are a few questions you may want to ask the before selecting a service:
Does the provider keep logs of all traffic?
What jurisdiction is the provider based in, and therefore what legal obligations is it subject to?
Another major consideration is what communication protocols are supported by the provider, since this impacts the security and integrity of your data being transmitted. We recommending looking for providers that support OpenVPN or, at the least, L2TP/IPsec.
If outside the US, CA, or AU and a VPN is not used, the CPACharge login page will display a 404 error message.
