Internet Explorer End of Life
Updated over 6 months ago

Microsoft® recently announced that the Internet Explorer 11 browser (IE11) will be retiring on June 15, 2022. This means the IE11 browser will no longer be supported and will be replaced by Microsoft Edge. Due to the increasing limitations of IE11, we are planning to stop supporting access to CPACharge from IE11 on June 15th, 2022. This may affect how you access CPACharge.

What action do you need to take?
If you’re currently using IE11, by June 15 2022, plan to migrate from IE11 to any of these more modern browsers:

The links above will guide you through the download and migration.

If for whatever reason, using IE11 is mandated at your firm, you should be able to use Microsoft Edge’s IE compatibility mode as an exact replacement for IE11. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call our support team and/or consult with your IT team.

If you have any questions on how this may affect you or any of your clients that use CPACharge, please don’t hesitate to contact our Support team at (844) 352-4705.
